Working Station

Happy Sunday. Well, Sunday is almost over here in Philippines. I decided to blog about my working area. =) I do have one big commitment in my channel in youtube. I am dedicated to it that I feel like it is a relationship for me. =) I have to have time on it. Work hard for it. I also sacrifice a lot for my videos. I love it though I am not complaining =) I am just saying. =) 

Okay, I will go now to show you my working station. Here are the pictures:

I took clotheman 2 yards and tape it in the wall since our wall is not clean anymore. LOL it need repainting.

My fiance's badvance birthday gift to me is this two soft light. =) loving it. It made big change in my videos. =)

I just seat in this area while the camera is in front. =)

Beautiful Couple

Yesterday I did the make up of family. Six children. Six in laws. Fourteen grand kids. Two lovely couple. Married 47 years. I just did 4 of them though since the others are so conservative with make up. It was a very nice feeling seeing a family like this. They are so fun. Seem to respect each other.

The old lady told me, Isn't my family happy? I replied with enthusiasm, YES! They really are. I wish one day I'll have a family of my own that as happy as this. In my opinion it starts from the couple. If the children feels the respect and love from them it will automatically pass on.

Avenger Make Up Inspiration

I watched Avenger when I was in Singapore and I fell in love to it. Despite its violence. =) I love the effects and I love the actors. The distribution of the exposure on the characters. I love it. I love the plot of the story though I do not like violence (contradicting right?) But over all I love the movie.

In facebook, one of my friend tag me in a picture. Me and my younger cousin was inspired.  I am sharing you here the pictures :)

Gucci make up

The last shoot I did was a high fashion. The photographer showed me this picture and I loved it right away.  This is a Gucci ad.

This is what I did on myself. When I am not satisfied with my work I try to recreate it again. Practice makes perfect, thats what they said. =) 

I did a video on this. It is lined up for the next uploads. I'll post tomorrow the review on the drug store make ups here in Philippines. Next will be this =)

Work day of a make up artist =)

One Fine Day is a Make Up Day

In this blog post I am posting some picture of my day. This day is a work related day. From the moment I woke up and to the day I finish. =)

I hope you like it.

For early morning shoot. I alarm my phone 5x. In this day our call time is 6:30 am. I set my phone 5 am, 5:02, 5:04, 5:06, 5:08, 5:10.

I thought this rain is a blessing. 

I still have lots of time. for sure i wont be late (6:15am)

Just when I thought. The traffic is jam far from my house. The cars are not even moving :(

I decided to put blush on while stuck in traffic. It is a gift from an friend. It is a magic blush on. It will change color after few minutes laying down your cheeks. It also has this glowing effect on it thus making your skin looks fresh and healthy.

This is how it looks like. Glowing. Sad, but when make up artist usually are in work we rarely have time to put make up. thank you the traffic that I was able to put a little bit of color in my face. =)( this is what we call, optimism)

Finally, I arrived. I was a bit late.
